Easiest way to use TikTok from a country where it’s banned?

In my opinion, to operate TikTok safely and stably, you should use an anti-detect browser with a clean static proxy on your computer

I usually run NordVPN's Norway server, $11.99/mo, which unblocks TikTok instantly, but the extra hop adds ~15-20 ms latency and occasional video buffering, so if you need flawless streaming a dedicated SmartDNS (like Unlocator, $9.99/mo) might be smoother.

You simply need to use a proxy or VPN to set your location to that specific country, then register a TikTok account; if you check your account details, you will see that it is registered to that country.

Use an eSim from an unbanned country along with a good residential proxy or VPN, and make sure to remove your local SIM card from the phone completely or it will leak your real location.

To change your country/region setting on TikTok, go into the settings and update the language to that of your desired country, or use a proxy server for an allowed country, then, simply refresh or restart the app to complete the process.

In practice, when managing multiple TikTok accounts, you should use clean static/residential proxies combined with an anti-detect browser.

depends whether TikTok is blocked by the local network or the app itself isn't available in your region. a VPN might solve the connection part but it won't automatically fix app store availability or account region restrictions. i'd check those separately first.
