hello guys, just launched a fresh niche website on a brand new domain. should i wait a few weeks for the content to settle down, or is it fine to start building high-quality foundation links right away? thanks for advice.

A link from a small site in your niche can be more useful than a random link from a big site.
Yeah, relevance is more important than just going for a site with a higher DA. A niche website with traffic and a relevant audience might pass more value than a huge irrelevant website.

I would start with a few relevant foundation links once the main pages are ready rather than waiting weeks just because the domain is new

Sure, no need to leave a fresh site unattended for a few weeks. I would create some links in a natural way after publishing the main pages, and wait for the reaction of Google,

Look, building backlinks directly to a fresh website right after launch is not the best practice If your website starts getting good clicks and impressions within the first day, then yes, you can start building backlinks early. But if you are not getting clicks or impressions yet, I would suggest waiting for now. Focus mainly on content and if you still want to do something, start with social sharing for the time being.

Always figured you had to wait for a site to age before touching backlinks. alwaysrank's take on waiting for actual clicks and impressions first flipped that for me. Content first, then links.

I wouldn’t wait too long tbh. A few decent branded/relevant links early on should be fine.

Just don’t go crazy with volume on a fresh domain. I’d focus on getting more content indexed first and build links gradually from there.

You should spend the first few weeks updating your content and optimizing your website internally. Only start building backlinks after 1–2 months.

I wouldn’t wait a fixed number of weeks. If the site is technically sound and has useful content, you can start earning relevant links from day one.

i would begin by getting the fundamentals sorted out first making sure that the key pages are inddexed and that there is sufficient content on the website to warrant any links pointing to it. there is no need to wait weeks without getting a link built on ur new domain.if u can find other sites that might like to talk about ur content then get those links.

You can start building quality backlinks from the beginning as long as your content is useful and the links come from relevant trustworthy sources

You can start today, its is recommended to have backlinks from day one, even if your website do not have much content, you can go for branded name based anchor backlinks.

I usually start after publishing 5–10 quality articles and getting the main pages indexed. I build a few relevant backlinks first and increase gradually as the site grows.

You can start buying backlinks from the first day of your website's creation!

There is no need to leave the domain inactive for weeks I will begin with some natural backlinks to related pages and then work up the pace as per the growth of the website.

Get some good content up first, then start building a few quality links naturally. No need to rush it or go crazy with link building right away.

start right away but keep it slow. brand mentions, socials, a couple niche citations first week, then real links once you have 10-15 decent posts up. no point sending links to a site with 3 pages
