We are into peptides business and we want to start doing an affiliate marketing. Can someone give some advices on where to find affiliate marketers?

For something like peptides I’d be careful about the affiliate side because the rules around health claims and advertising can get messy. I’d look for affiliates already working in the health/wellness space and give them clear approved product info and claims they can use. A proper affiliate program with tracking, commissions and good creatives will make it much easier to attract serious partners.

cold outreach does work, but health affiliates ask about the refund window and chargeback rules before anything else. have those written down before you message anyone, or you'll lose the good ones fast.

Write people on twitter. So many people there talking about peptides and bromantane etc, Just make yourself ending up in the peptide/fitness/bio hacking bubble. When your products are good I am sure they will promote it. Many do. Or give them some discounts whatever.
I should skip discord and telegram. This groups are mostly managed by brand owners/store owners so they kick you out. Or use it for scraping members, but dont post there. But this is more a way to find customers. For people with a audience I should go for Twitter.

Hit niche affiliate groups and supplement bloggers, they already have traffic.
do you have any idea on a few niche affiliate groups

I also have a peptide brand, but what i did was to partner with content creators instead of affiliate marketing. Because it's quite hard to run ads for this niche (if you don't have a really good setup), and with social media creators, body builders and personal trainers you are directly inside the buyer market. Create a good incentive program and go on!
would you willing to help me out on this side I don't have a connection to creators ?

Sure bro, but this is quite easy actually. When i began, what i did was to go to local gyms and just talk with the stronges (or most searched) personal trainer or bodybuilder there. They are always looking for work, and in the beginning they are up to advertise your material in exchange of few of your products (always make sure to offer like 2 or 3, nothing much). If they begin to bring sales, begin to pay then something. I don't know your profit margin, but i always give like 10 or 20% in the beginning. Later upgrade that to allowing then to sell to you on any price they want... then go to other gyms, and that's it. We are quite big in our country and even have operations in some countries near us!
