Hello,
YouTube working fine and is good, but TikTok stuck at services or drop almost all without receiving a refill.
Contacted support on website, no response.
Thanks for the feedback, but where's the order ID? Or ticket ID?
You're publicly claiming TikTok orders aren't working, refills aren't being processed, and support isn't responding, yet you haven't provided a single reference for us to investigate.
In most cases where refills cannot be processed, it's because the current count has fallen below the original start count, or the customer ordered a service without a refill guarantee.
If neither applies to your orders, provide the IDs and we'll investigate. If support missed your ticket, we'll address that too.
We're happy to take responsibility for genuine issues, but at least give us something to verify before making these claims publicly.
The issues mentioned in your original review were already addressed and resolved at the time.
Regarding the screenshot, this is actually the first we're hearing about this particular issue.
TikTok has been going through a period of significant updates, with engagement being removed or adjusted across the platform. Unfortunately, this has also created a situation where customers are increasingly experimenting with the cheapest services they can find, often from multiple providers.
Could this notification be related to an order placed with us? Absolutely, we're not ruling that out. But at this point, there's no evidence establishing that connection, and the notification itself doesn't identify the source of the views.
It's also worth mentioning that the service you initially purchased was among our cheapest options, with relatively poor performance statistics publicly displayed at the time. That's precisely why we provide performance data, so customers can make informed decisions rather than choosing solely based on price.
If you can provide the relevant order IDs, we'll gladly investigate. If there's an issue on our end, we'd certainly like to know about it and take appropriate action.
We welcome genuine feedback, but it's important to distinguish between a confirmed issue with our services and something that hasn't yet been traced to any particular provider.
