Nah, it's still down. I was really hoping it would come back online by now but I think its time to find new hosting and start from scratch tbh

Am just looking for reply from @virtualpurity or any support, just to confirme if even them they know if our server will back online or we are just waiting for something that will never happen, it's 20 days now, please someone atleast just update us, been with you guys for almost decade, this is first time i see even support don't reply or take many days to reply to one ticket, i don't understand what are we supposed to do.

i hope they will reply/update us so atleast we understand what happen or our next move, no reply/update = make us struggling and just sitting are checking each time if server is online or not without any hope anymore

Exactly. ATP the lack of communication is almost worse than the downtime. If the servers are recoverable and they genuinely expect them to come back online, I think I would be willing to wait a little longer. But if there’s a real possibility they’re not coming back, we need to know so we can stop waiting and start rebuilding elsewhere.

I’ve supported them for a long time as well and would much rather stay, but after nearly three weeks, I can’t just remain a sitting duck losing so much $$

Even a simple honest update from @virtualpurity or support saying what they currently know, what they don’t know, or whether recovery is still realistically expected would go a long way.....

I hope they understand how we feel each minute, checking our website statistics every second and watching our traffic decrease horribly until it reaches zero.

At the same time, we keep checking to see if our servers are back online, without even knowing whether they will ever come back or how much longer we will have to wait.

The worst part is that we have no idea what's happening or whether there is any progress. The only people who can give us answers or keep us informed are the support team, yet it's been three days now without receiving any updates or replies.

This situation is incredibly stressful and frustrating. Our websites and businesses are suffering every single day, and all we need is clear communication and an honest answer about what's going on.

You can do that with cpanel and Wasabi S3 (Cheap storage).
Have the cpanel backup your data daily/weekly, upload it to wasabi using a script, daily/weekly.

It's just you need to have some server side knowledge. For me, ChatGPT helped to setup it.

Now it's backing up nicely, daily and with 7 day retention period.
thats great my friend i appreciate your help there ive created an acc with wasabi as you said
