I saw some people saying microworkers can be used to get google reviews but how is this possible if they don't allow it?
What is the way to do it, and if its not possible then what are alternative platforms/methods to get google reviews.

I don't really understand what you mean by microworkers, but usually it's just seo metadata manipulation. You copy it from the font and everything's ready.

Some sellers try to bypass moderation by disguising paid reviews as website testing jobs and putting the real instructions on an external page. That can backfire if Google detects fake review activity , and the resulting action may go beyond removing the reviews themselves. Buying reviews isn't worth the risk when you can send customers a direct review link by email or text after a purchase , or add a QR code to receipts. Just ask everyone for honest feedback and don't offer rewards or screen out unhappy customers, Google prohibits both incentivized reviews and review gating

Microworkers can help gather feedback, but paying people to leave Google reviews goes against Google’s policies. It is better to ask real customers to share their honest experiences through a review link, follow up message, or QR code.

Facebook review exchange groups are probably your safest alternative right now, especially if you can find ones focused on your local area so the accounts actually have local history.

It is not allowed and if you get caught doing this you can even get your GBP penalized.

Some people use paid tasks, but incentivized or fake reviews can violate Google’s policies. Better to ask real customers for honest feedback through follow-up emails, SMS, or a review link.

The eventual cost or penalty for using microworkers would be much heavier than if you stuck to real customers' honest reviews. Its slow but it eventually pays off

Microtask sites may get reviews but there is no guarantee they will stay asking real customers for honest feedback is a safer option in the long run.

in my opinion, rating websites will be able to post their reviews, however maintaining them is a whole different issue consumer ratings were better than spending money on dis appearing reviews.

Google can remove them even if they show up initially
Idk if it's worth risking GBP

some sellers must be depending on employees who uses old google accounts but age of the account is not going to solve the problem if the review activity appears unnatural or paid

The difficult part is how to get reviews from customers who has never bought anything from that business google might recognises this tactic the better approach would be a follow up link after an real purchase.

People do try getting Google reviews through Microworkers, but be careful, as Google may remove reviews that violate its policies.
