Just developt a script for it with claude code or codex, that's quite easy. You could also integrate some ai via api, and make it research a bit for what's more relevant for that page, deepseek v4 flash is extremely cheap and could handle this well.
Automation can save a lot of time here but make sure the script only adds links where they actually make sense adding thousands of links just 4 the sake of it could make the pages look unnatural
there are a few reliable options. most people use plugins or custom scripts that match keywords to target pages. you just set clear rules so it doesn't over-link. I've seen it work fine when review the suggestions first on a sample
For 10k+ pages, I’d start with a crawler like Screaming Frog to map relevant pages, then automate link suggestions based on topic and context. Avoid blindly inserting links everywhere; relevance, natural anchors, and avoiding overlinking matter more than automation alone.
For WordPress, Link Whisper is decent since it suggests relevant links automatically. If you want something more scalable or custom you can build a script that crawls your URLs.
for wordpress there are a lot of tons of plugins available to do this, if these are static pages, then you need to hire a developer (manually doing it will take days)
