I have seen some improvement from Bing, mostly in traffic rather than indexing. Updating old content and working on long tail keywords helped me get more impressions.

Yeah Bing can work, I’d keep checking Search Console and Webmaster Tools for changes.

Havent seen enough data to say theres a big change lately, but I wouldnt ignore Bing. Check it page by page in webmaster tools and compare conversions over a few weeks. That should give you a better idea than traffic numbers alone.

I think Bing is still worth focusing on. Not every niche gets the same results, but it can bring some good traffic if your site is ranking well there.
