I received a notification at the Ad Set level that it's in Learning Limited. I think its because I had a poor performing ad the week before, but now I have a new ad meeting my business goals. Should I disregard it?

You can ignore the learning limiged only if the numbers are good. If CPA/ROAS is on target, don’t keep editing the ad set just to get out of Learning Limited.

I will give it 3–5 days and judge by actual conversion stability.

my new campaign have good numbers now

I don't consider this bad news; many new accounts start with limited learning.
If the results are good, then continue with this campaign.

If CPA/ROAS is efficient, I'll keep it the way it is and concentrate on conversions for the next few days. It would be redundant to change the ad set in order to avoid the learning limited stage.

That makes sense. I’ll keep the campaign running as long as the results stay good and avoid making unnecessary changes.

Agreed. If CPA/ROAS is still efficient, I’d rather focus on conversions than make changes just to get out of Learning Limited.
I’d test it first instead of ignoring it completely.
Yeah, I think that’s a good approach. I’ll test it first and see how the new ad performs before making any changes.

If the new ad is meeting your goals, I wouldn’t change it just because of Learning Limited. Keep monitoring results and avoid making too many edits while it’s performing well.

However, if the new ad is reaching ur audience I would not bother resetting everything just because of the learning warning go for the real metrics, honestly speaking.

I'd say don't worry about it too much. Learning Limited doesn't necessarily mean the ad is doing badly, just that the ad set isn't enough conversion data for Meta to really optimise.
If the new ad is meeting your actual business goals, I'd give it some time and judge it on the results rather than the Learning Limited label.

meta can point out restricted learning even when all the numbers seem gud so I would check the spend-per-conversion first there was no point getting a green status if the ad is already self sustaining, tbh

Learning Limited doesn't necessarily mean your ad isn't working. If results are good, keep monitoring performance and avoid unnecessary edits.
