404 wast not found, google ads

I am referring to the process of creating a Google Ads account. When I try to create [something], I am taken to an error page.Screenshot_56.webp
 
The G Suite email account you are using—specifically your primary administrator account—has been silently banned by Google from creating Ads. There is no other solution; you must switch to a new administrator account.
 
You can check the final URL and test it in incognito mode because if the page loads correctly then check redirects and server logs to see why Google is getting a 404.
 
Can you share which platform you're using and a screenshot of the error? I think that would make it easier to suggest a fix.
 
I think If the site works normally but google ads still flags it and check the final URL redirects and server access for google adsbot before appealing.
