I got your point. Definitely Instagram organic growth is harder than Facebook ads. But if you can build a Instagram community you can constantly generate sales it takes time but it’s free. On the other hand if you need quick results is low effort you can go for Facebook ads. You can get results from ads when your ads is on. After ads ends you won’t get any traffic or sales. But from instagram organic growth page you’ll constantly get sales. Both methods works. It depends on you what you actually want

yah in the past we can see that growing an instagram page much easier compare to recently, it feels like reach is inconsistent, reels are oversaturated and followers don't engage like before. While some people say running ads is actually easier than trying to grow organically so yah it really depends on the way you grow your page tbh but i think running ads is low effort and high profit way.

yah great point, the way we consistently build instagram can get a stability growth, but tbh only ads running can truly get high profit with low effot

great observed 'cause it's getting really hard to build organic insstagram page recently, you have to get pay attention and build the strategic plan to grow it for real

calling ads low effort is a massive trap imo. if you think you can just throw some budget at meta in 2026 and print money easily, you are gonna lose your shirt. cpms are brutal now and creatives fatigue in like three days. organic is a slow painful grind for sure but ads require constant testing, cro, and actual cash flow to even break even. honestly the sweet spot is using cheap ads to test angles and then feeding that data back into your organic content. choosing just one is limiting yourself.

yah great idea but i still wondering is there any other options for us in low effort and high profit like only running ads as in the past

Useful research angle: compare enquiries or sales, including content-production time not follower totals against ad profitability.

Organic IG is harder right now for sure, reach is super random and most new pages struggle to get any consistent views unless the Reels somehow hit.

Ads suck too with the rising costs and random restrictions, but at least you can test stuff and scale if the offer works. Pure organic in 2026 is the tougher grind for most people.

I don’t think one is automatically harder than the other. Growing on Instagram organically tests your creativity and patience, while running profitable Facebook ads tests your marketing skills and ability to understand numbers.

I’d say making ads profitable is harder, especially when you’re spending money but not getting the results you expected. Growing an IG page organically takes time too, but at least you’re not constantly worrying about your ad budget.
