AI Isn't Just Replacing Jobs, It's Replacing Software Too

I just read a post somewhere if you’re aggressive with AI tools they tend to fight back imagine now a human support knows not to give in but AI heats up the situation that can cause embarrassment for the company human support will make a comeback of sorts. Then there’s a second opinion too I keep reading companies over hired and are firing under the pretext of AI. I hope AI turns out to companies golden solutions because they won’t have human employees to blame anymore

I think tools without AI integration will have less value over time. Earlier, AI wasnt everywhere, but now it's in Windows, coding tools like Visual Studio, digital marketing tools, and much more. Everything is getting interconnected with AI.

And developers of all this software are slowly catching on that cramming AI into literally everything is already starting to piss people off.
Where is Copilot+PC now? :)

I agree that forcing AI into everything can piss people off, but thats not really my point. I'm talking about useful AI integration that actually makes a tool better, not just adding AI for marketing. Just like TikTok had to scale back its AI video summaries after they started generating nonsense. The point is, AI should add value, not make the tool worse. And Microsoft had to scale back some Copilot integrations in Windows apps because not every integration was useful

Uncomfortable truth is that AI is capable of doing work and tasks of most employees.

The risk is that the planet is still growing in population, just not at the same velocity as it used to.

There's going to be huge unemployment issues in the future. And unlike the past, people can't just "upskill" because AI is disrupting every industry and making those skills redundant. The only skill worth learning is how to use AI, and even AI is learning how to improve using itself to improve the output.

Gentlemen [and Ladies if any], we are at the frontier of the Age of Abundance.

I believe none other than Elon Musk predicted this age some years ago. And this is ONLY the beginning phases of it. When it comes to Robotics and Ai-powered robots, actual factories, including the so-called Ai-immune industries such as agriculture, are going to lay off so many "humans" (there shall be No need to keep referring to them as PEOPLE any more) in order to plough the fields faster, safer, cleaner with precision monitoring working 24/7 to make the land produce HUGE AMOUNTS of FOOD.

These robots shall easily fetch manure and soil fertilizers from 100's of kilometers away across desert and previously-unbearable and unnavigable terrain, to fertalize even BARREN dessert land, and they shall do EVERYTHING necessary to ensure that humans . . . live in ABUNDANCE, rather than in a competitive world of SCARCITY (competing for 'superficially' LIMITED resources!!) which leads to weird practices such as protection of resources through superficial LIMITING of ACCESS to resources by country, by pocket, and by social status, etc.

When what we have been indoctrinated to regard as simply ACCEPT as "an EXPENSIVE" piece of software, is proven to be NOT so EXPENSIVE after all, and ACCESS to it can finally be opened and granted to men with shallow pockets, what will STOP Ai-powered robots from granting ACCESS to QUALITY FOOD, QUALITY WATER and generally a DECENT Quality of Life, to . . . a homeless man ??

Once that happens, slowly as it may creep in, but EXPONENTIAL in its global spread, you would have to be out of your MIND to now suddenly stand up and tell the world that YOUUU are the man who has decided to now SUPERFICIALLY RESTRICT access to FOOD when that food is produced by an object that does NOTTT earn an income or charge a DIME to work 24/7. You would in fact have to be EVIL to conceive of making such an unnecessary MOVE (i.e. cutting ACCESS to what would at the time be ABUNDANTLY-available resources). Well you can try it with Oxygen (a life-saving resource = so critical for life that . . . 5 minutes without it, you're dead meat) . . . now show me a man who is willing to RESTRICT access to Oxygen by dictating that humans should pay 2 cents per hour for 1 hour of breathing. No one's gonna . . . PAY IT, right ?? Even if you bring a hyperbaric chamber!

So Gentlemen [and Ladies if any], as I say to you, we are standing at the frontier of the Age of Abundance, as predicted by none other than Mr. Elon Musk himself on 3 November 2023, during his conversation with British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak after the AI Safety Summit at Bletchley Park in London.

Removal of Labor Constraints: Musk argued that labor is the TRUE limiting factor of the economy, and scaling up physical and digital intelligence through robots and AI will completely remove scarcity for goods and services, period !
