hi BHW community I need help, im running ads for the first time, im targeting real estate agents offering services, so far im testing my first campaign and my results are 11 leads on 4 ads sets each ad set with a 7,50 budget out of those 11 leads I've gotten 3 booked calls I wanted to know if its worth it to optimize my campaign with this results after 7 days raising the budget on the winning ad sets or is it better to try a new campaign with different offer and creatives, thank u

7,50 budget on each ad set meaning 30 dollars daily*

hello dude,
3 booked for 11 leads within $204 is quite good start,
If i were you, i'd raise the budget a bit on the winning ad set and keep it running while you test new creatives or a slightly different offer in other campaign. Keep the one that's working yet

In my opinion, you should increase the budget for low-cost ad groups and turn off those with excessively high costs after the one-week testing period ends; however, increase the budget gradually—day by day—to avoid disrupting the campaign.

I see you've created a promising campaign; you could try scaling it up.
Facebook is quite chaotic right now, so achieving results with a budget of just $7.5 makes this a solid campaign.

If you have run successful campaigns, scale them up within your budget increasing the spend by 20% to 30% at a time. Avoid drastic increases, as this can cause costs to spike without yielding effective results; instead, scale gradually and evaluate performance after 3 to 5 days to determine if a new campaign strategy is needed

3 booked calls from 11 leads is a good conversion rate ~27%, especially for your first campaign

If you are not constrained by budget and you can handle more leads, I’d do both.

Slowly scale the winning campaign and test the new offer and creatives and observe how they both perform

you're paying about $68 per booked call, which could actually work depending on what a client is worth to you. i'd hold off on starting a whole new campaign just yet. first check which ad sets brought in those bookings, not just the cheapest leads. if one is bringing decent calls, i'd keep it running and test a new creative alongside it. have any of those calls turned into actual clients yet?

Three booked appointments from eleven leads is a promising starting point. I’d check lead quality and whether prospects attend calls before deciding to increase the advertising budget.

Do you know which of the 4 ad sets the 3 bookings came from? If it's all from one, scale that one. If they're spread out, the audience probably isn't the issue and the creative is.

I wouldn't rush into launching a completely new campaign yet. Give the current campaign more time to gather data, identify which ad sets bring the best leads, and test a few new creatives. That should give you a clearer idea of what's working.

Well bro, first of all, usually the best way to know if the campaign is successful is by knowing if it got money to you. But since this is directed to real state (where i guess it might take longer to have results), i'd focus on CTR (it really depends on the market, but anything above 2% is usually good) and seeing if the contacts are well structured for your offer. Seeing without any bigger context, for a real state ad your results are quite good if the leads you got are good
