In what way has your account been disabled? Could you send a screenshot so I can see it? I might be able to offer some good advice, as I may have encountered that same issue before.

From what I've seen account Integrity flags usually arent about the ads themselves, its more about account trust on the backend, a reused card or an ip linked to an old ban can trigger it. If the review button doesnt work anymore, try live chat from another admin profile and ask them to escalate it to compliance. Regular support reps usually cant do much with these safety locks, so have your company docs and bank statements ready just in case.

I realize that having an account randomly disabled can be very frustrating. If you have already submitted multiple support requests, please check whether Meta has provided a specific reason or outlined any additional steps to resolve the issue.

what kind of errors are you getting? is it payment related? or related to niche/campaigns?

Have you checked Account Quality and requested another review? Sometimes restrictions require further review by Meta support.

that is general situation that effect to everyone. this storm lasts longer than normal.
you can try to appeal account, and use the new one in the meantime.

If you’ve tried everything, including contacting Facebook Support, but your ad account still hasn’t been reinstated, I’d recommend using a different account. In most cases, there’s little chance of getting a Facebook ad account reinstated after multiple review requests have been rejected.

Account bans are very frequent these days; you need to identify the specific violations that led to the ban and comply with Facebook's policies.

if your product is blackhat, it's very hard to avoid this matter totally because FB is scanning strictly.
if account is banned, try to appeal, and use new account to replace.
besides, pls focus on the content you use for ads.

I think you shouldn't waste your time arguing with customer service who will never give you the answers you want. You should switch to advertising on another platform to avoid delays. Fb isn't the only place that allows you to run ads.

I have seen many meta restrictions recently where the ads themselves are not an issue, but the issue was at the account integrity level.

You need to first identify whether the restriction is on the ad account or the entire business portfolio, because each have a different handling situation.

Check your account quality, ad verification method, and also payment history, or any other linked restricted assets you are using it completely or regularly.

If multiple Appeals have failed, opening support ticket usually won't resolve this issue.

Is your BM is still active, and if only the account is disabled, or both are disabled?

Facebook is currently conducting very rigorous reviews; consequently, it has become common recently for advertising accounts to be suddenly disabled, even when no policy violations have occurred.

Have you spoken with Meta's support? What did they tell you about this?

Could you describe it in detail? I have experience with this and might be able to help you.
