Step 1. Open Facebook and switch to the specific Page you manage.
Step 2. Find the post you shared to the groups.

it dont show pending and approved posts seperatly

I had the same issue before. Maybe Facebook changed something. Hope someone can share the steps!

You should check the Page's Activity Log, you can find information about post sharing activity there.
