[Journey] Building an iOS & Android App Empire

I just started reading this thread, few pages done and its better than watching a movie. lol

Long time to go, before I go through all of it, but just one quick question, if you don't mind. Would you share what niches worked for you best in the app world?

Thanks in advance.
Thank you! Usually I dont share the niche. I have some bad experiences with it. Some people completely copied my work before and tried to blackmail me, so I just avoid having this problem again.

Oh, this is a incredible journey you have had so far and wishing best of luck to keep crsuhing it man : )
Thank you!

Thank you!

Understood, thanks, anyway. I have another question. Did you ever get an app rejected by apple for "spam"? I got a message about 4 apps rejected as "spam", even though they are completely different and unique, so they sent me 9 questions to answer for each, to explain them, etc. Did that ever happen to you? I had 5 apps in review the past week, so probably too much for a small developer account?

Yes, got it.

I heard these days they are doing this like crazy. Instant rejections for 4.3 Spam + App Generation Service. They dont even take a look at the app anymore.

I think its a horrible thing to do, considering people are spending $99 for a developer account, go through verification and all of this.

5 apps at the same time might have triggered this spam rejection. I would usually do not two apps at the same time at most.

Only thing you can do now is explaining is answering all those questions and how for the best. Or try to integrate as many unique features as possible first.

Thanks for the answer. I have nothing unique to integrate, as these are completely different apps for different businesses of mine and have nothing in common at all...so I guess after replying to those 9 questions, all I can do is wait and hope it won't take weeks. Because lately it has been 2 weeks sometimes before they even take a look at a new app. Google isn't much better either, but at least they are faster most of the time...if I wait more than 3-4 days for a review, I know they will complain about something. lol

I tried to find someone here but they're all time wasters and my thing is a really easy job to do.

Thanks

With the release of iOS 27 Apple added some new native features you can add. Foundation models, etc.

Also, you can add live activities, shortcuts, siri integration, etc.

what do you mean?

Which scheduler are you using?
right now i am using a service called blotato, but there are several others as well. also building my own saas.

Thank you!

Not all apps. Maybe half of it.

I do not really limit them. Most users wont spend more money than they spend anyway.

Some ways to limit it:

- charge them for extra usage (credits)
- nerf the ai models (use cheaper ai models after a certain amount of usage)
- charge higher prices
- make everything usage based (no subscription, just credits per usage so you will never need to worry about it)
Oh - that's interesting! I thought most people would milk AI apps for all its worth if they aren't limited by tokens or extra fees.
Do you find apps that use AI API tend to be more profitable than regular apps, on average?

1. Is TikTok not reducing your reach when you use a scheduler? How many views are you getting with the scheduler?
2. Are you posting slideshows or video? If it a video, how is the scheduler adding music from TikTok library?
3. Where do you buy aged TikTok account?

Have your apps a hard paywall? Free trial? Daily limits? Or even 100% free?

I'm interested in knowing which model is the one that gives more revenue. Since you have all that apps you should have the data of which method works the best
