I am interested in internet monetization. I have found a few lanes but these are low volume regardless of how much capital I can obtain. I am interested in expanding. I have started a youtube channel but that is more of a passion project. I am looking for advice on internet e-commerce for peptides and supps. I also am wondering are marketing agencies worth it with a small budget 3k-5k for western customers?

With AI I think you can literally test your ad, test your copy, have it generate multiple copies, and test what's working. Have it on $100 USD per day to see what's actually bringing in traction . Track your event, track your conversion rate, and then it gives more insight on what's actually working and worth keeping them.

A YouTube channel is really good. It's the media arm of the company. I think it's one of the best business hacks since everyone consumes media .

Peptides are a bit of an expensive niche so you probably have to spend quite a decent amount of money on that. search traffic is good for peptides. I've seen it work. We've worked with a few peptide companies but it requires a good chunk of budget. $3,000 to $5,000 might be good to start but if you're looking at scaling the business, then you might definitely be looking at expanding more.

If you want to scale beyond low volume opportunities, look for a niche with repeat purchases rather than just a large audience. Supplements could work if you have a reliable supplier, clear differentiation, and enough margin to cover customer acquisition and returns. I’d use freelancers for specific tasks before committing to an agency retainer, and track actual sales rather than clicks or followers. Peptides need extra regulatory checks before you invest in inventory or ads.
