For 2 Days now Yandex metrica analytics hasn't been working.

I use Metrica and Google analytics, on somethings I prefer Yandex.

Who else is using Metrica that has experienced this?

There was a massive internet outage in Russia.
Probably not all servers are back at the same time.

Webmaster and Metrica are down and likely won't be back up anytime soon. Their data centers were blown up by drones. And now many services are down: taxis, payment services, mail, etc. These will be the first to be restored.
