Good free resources for beginners for CPA/PPC?

Complete beginner here, and I want to know if there's any free resources to learn PPC/CPA, specifically Meta ads. Not expecting anyone to handhold me through this journey and give away their edge, but having trouble finding good resources for the fundamentals. Digging around the forums here it seems like Meta's own courses are a good place to start, along with this site of course. Where I'm getting tripped up on is how to choose an offer that isn't on the GH/BH side, like sweeps/gambling, and how to determine if an offer is worth doing. All I'm finding on Youtube are videos that are funnels to their shitty courses/paid communities/mentorships. If anyone has some good YouTube channels or blogs, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

For your first offer, look at simple products or services with a clear audience. it is easier to understand what you are promoting and who might buy it.
 
Before joining an offer, read the rules about traffic sources and countries. Some offers have limits that can affect your whole campaign.
 
For a beginner, a simple product or service with clear terms may be easier to understand than an offer with lots of conditions.
 
youtube will definitely help and if you think you can buy a course on Udemy too that will help
 
Before choosing an offer, check how much it pays and whether you can promote it with Meta ads.
 
Meta blueprint is a good start, but learn tracking and offer selection too. watching ads tutorials alone wont teach you much.

Meta Blueprint is a great place to start! Before spending money on ads , study the fundamentals of research , tracking , and ROI . Learn offers .
 
Before choosing a niche, spend some time researching the audience. If you do not understand what people want or why they buy, writing ads becomes much harder.
 
Begin with Google Skillshop, Meta Blueprint, and YouTube tutorials. Before investing in CPA/PPC campaigns, you need to do some basics learning, tracking and optimizing your campaign.
 
Both Google Skillshop and Meta Blueprint would be good places to start. In addition, you should consider HubSpot Academy and YouTube videos for learning about CPA.
 
The best free resource i'd say is the Meta Ad Library. You can simply search your niche there and look at ads that have been running for 30+ days. Nobody keeps paying for a losing ad that long so those show you which offers, angles and landers actually work. Then check to makle sure the offer allows Meta traffic in your target country before you spend anything. Also always ask your affiliate manager what offers are hot and converting the best, specifically for Meta.
 
As a rule, these are Telegram channels, but not large ones, where there’s nothing but advertising — something like personal blogs run by affiliated individuals.
