Hey everyone,
My campaigns are still getting impressions and clicks but conversions have dropped quite a bit. CTR looks normal and the creatives that worked before are still being used yet the overall results are much worse.
I have tested different budgets, new creatives and multiple targeting options but nothing seems to bring performance back.
It feels like there is some factor affecting delivery quality that is not visible in the dashboard. Has anyone else experienced this ?
What do you think is causing it and how are you dealing with it when campaigns suddenly stop performing even though the metrics look fine?

The issue is not the ad itself but the Quality of the audience being reached. A campaign can continue generating impressions and clicks while the users seeing the ads become less likely to convert. competition can also increase over time , which affects traffic quality without showing any obvious warning in the dashboard.

I usually took beyond CTR and focus on conversion rate , audience segments , landing page behavior and traffic Quality. And the hidden factor is often a change in audience intent or traffic quality rather than a delivery problem with the ads themselves.

I have seen this before. If CTR is stable but conversions drop, it's a traffic quality issue.

I would focus on retention and subscriber quality rather than clicks. Sometimes the traffic looks the same on paper, but the user are completely different

I would check the conversion tracking and landing page first, especially if impressions and CTR are still normal. Sometimes the ads are doing their job, but something changes after the click, like page speed, user experience, or the quality of traffic. I would compare recent conversions with the period when the campaign was performing well before changing too many things at once.

Could the offer itself be the problem? People might click just to have a look, but then decide it’s not what they expected. I’d be curious to know if others have noticed that too.

That’s strange, especially when clicks are still coming in. Did the conversions drop suddenly, or has it been happening for a while? Sometimes figuring out when the problem started
can help narrow things down.

Maybe people are clicking out of curiosity and then disappearing like they were never there Clicks look nice on the dashboard, but they don't pay the bills. I'd look at how many people actually take the next step instead of focusing only on clicks.

It's almost always silent bot traffic from low quality public channels in the telegram ad network bleeding your budget, so check your channel placement reports and start aggressively blacklisting low converting channels instead of relying on default targeting options.

Could be the same channels sending you a different mix of people now. Ctr staying normal doesn't mean the clicks are still good. Check conversion rate by channel and compare new vs returning visitors before changing creatives again.

Sometimes the numbers look fine until you compare them with what was happening a few weeks ago I’d check whether the drop is affecting every campaign or just certain ones before making
a more changes.

Sometimes running ads feels like being a detective You change one thing, check the results, and somehow end up with even more questions than answers. At least the dashboard keeps us busy lol.

I’ve seen this a lot on Telegram, impressions and CTR can look fine while the actual quality of the traffic quietly drops.

Usually it’s audience fatigue or the same people seeing the ads over and over.

Maybe the ad is doing its job and the signup process is the one causing trouble People might be ready to join but give up if there are too many steps. Have you checked how easy it is to complete the signup from a phone?

I wonder if the timing could be part of the problem too. Maybe the ads are reaching people when they’re busy scrolling but not really in the mood to take action Getting clicks is one thing, catching people at the right moment is another, lol.

It’s funny how clicks can look good but conversions still drop. Maybe people are just curious and click without really being interested lol. How do you figure out what’s going wrong in that situation? I’d probably be staring at the dashboard with more questions than answers.
