Top 5% OF and pushing higher

You dont have to trust me with your page, im not doing this to try and convice, just to discuss the fact that youre thinking in terms of manyvids for example where people come, buy vid and leave. But i see OF subs as more then that, or do they come and buy your ppv on OF and then 0 further interaction?

This shouldn't need explaining to

A) someone that has a basic understanding of how Onlyfans works

B) someone that has a basic understanding of how my page works

C) someone with a basic understanding of how my niche works

It's been explained to you multiple times already. The fact you're still persisting (when it should have been clear from my first sarcastic answer what your prospects were) just screams scarcity mentality and you'd be much better off trying to persuade other prospects (not that I was a prospect to begin with)

Ive already mentioned that im not trying to convice you anymore, just purely discussion on if any form of chatting would generate sales, clearly not. But whatever, your journey is good and youve done well on your niche. Good luck further and I hope to see how you are going to grow further!

Im not going to argue because I understand your points about being the sub not the domme, but think about this.

You have tons of people in your OF buying stuff(whatever it is) and nobody is chatting them up, this is lost money, would you agree?
Yes:(

Finished 2024 on $88057 on Onlyfans, which was up 45% on 2023. 2025 has started slower and I've dropped from top 2.5% to 3%.

My main clip store is still doing $2300 a month on average.

So currently I'm doing around $6000 a month on OF, $2300 from clipsite 1 and another $1000-1200 from my other sites.

2025 continued its steady decline in both reach and obviously new subscribers, because less traffic = less subs. But also my existing subs were buying less content via DM. April was my worst month in 18 months with only $4800

In April I went on another filming holiday, and it was a filming holiday in 2023 with a similar group that took me to top 1.5% and $10k a month so I had high hopes.

The initial releases from that trip did not do amazing, but two weeks ago I dropped a very popular clip and had my best day ever on OF of $665.

My reach for May is up 100%. My earnings is up 60% and is my best month since April 2024 and my new subs is up 65%

I've been trying to push my instagram a lot since the filming holiday, committing to a reel a day on my main and trying to grow my back up. I think this is helping my reach significantly as I have one reel gone semi viral with almost 3m views that is still getting 100k views a day. I've also had a good month on C4S which is the only thing that has stopped this year being fucking shit - C4S consistently does around $2500 a month, and is just under $3k for this month

My instagram got banned in mid July - I had two reels go viral with over 4m views each and my OF traffic was at an all time high. It peaked at 9000 visitors in one day BUT whilst IG got a lot of traffic it didn't convert very well. But I was still having better months than at the start of this year.

The ban to all my accounts along with my personal IG derailed that momentum. I was able to get 2 backups and my personal back via Meta verified support but they wouldn't unban my biggest.

I was able to get that back via the Reddit instagram.com/hacked glitch that worked for a day before it got patched.

My IG reach is back up to almost 1m views, but so far it isn't translating to more OF subs. In fact, my reach is still down and my tracking links aren't converting as well, so it's been a bad month. Almost back down to how it was pre my April filming holiday.

C4S is still doing well

It's interesting comparing my current OF reach, tracking link conversions, earnings to when I made this thread.

My reach has slumped to almost early 2023 levels when I was just starting out using old content. My number of fans is almost at those levels and my earnings are only just above early 2023.

My tracking links just aren't converting like they used to, and people are buying less of my PPV messages.

It's concerning.

the content is still high quality with exceptionally high quality female performers, people are just buying less and the traffic from Reddit / Pornhub isn't what it was.

Since then I've:

built Twitter to 27k.

Built a femdom niche subreddit from 0-100k, acquired several others with 100K+ members.

Built one IG account to 33k and another to 8k.

Got 114 preview videos on Pornhub

It's depressing looking back at this thread.

My earnings on OF are back down to where they were in 2023. Same with my Onlyfans traffic.

The Online Safety Act I suspect is why Reddit and Pornhub are bringing in less traffic, and less conversions to paid subscribers. BUT also my existing subscribers and ex subscribers are buying less PPV. Instagram is also bringing in less traffic, likewise for Twitter.

It's actually insane to think I have more following, brand recognition, content etc but am pulling in the same numbers as 3 years ago.

My financial year just ended and it's down by around £12k - that's on top of a weaker USD to GBP conversion, so it could have been worse.

Fortunately other sites like clips4sale are keeping me alive. I'm still only doing one shoot a month on average, so for actual "work" in front of the camera I'm still paid very very well. Just not as well as when I was bringing in £10k+ a month

This year has not got any better. Averaging about $3k a month. Reach is down, total number of fans is down, existing fans are buying less content too.

In 2025 I sold $21k of PPVs on OF, currently in 2026 thats $9244.

Hopefully the slump has bottomed out, but if it keeps declining then I might have to resume my previous "day job"

I don't think it has. The time of women making a fortune on OF is coming to an end. AI will replace you. Everything you do, AI will be able to do it better. I argue we are already there, but in 1 year we will definitely be there. I can generate content for far cheaper than paying a real woman a huge percentage of the OF revenue. The only thing real women will be able to offer is your face and ID for OF verification. But on many platforms we don't even need that.

I'm not paying a woman anything? All my content is collaborative - we each get to distribute it on our respective platforms,

The issue is not AI - it's that every social media platform is making it harder to promote adult pages. OF was conceived as an "addon" for someones social media - a way to monetise an existing following by offering spicier content.

But now if you put a spicy link in bio then IG will stop recommending you to non-followers, severely limiting your reach.

X has changed their algorithm to stop pushing NSFW to the FYP.

Reddit has constantly adjusted their algorithm to reduce reach of NSFW subreddits.

Then include the various online safety acts globally that require an ID to access adult content - which includes sites like pornhub and porn on Reddit and X

That's my all time traffic stats to my OF. I have less visitors today than when I started with less content, less variety of female co-performer and less brand/name recognition.

I was getting more new subs in my first 3-4 months than I am today. It's crazy
