There are some options but i would avoid account farming.
Better model is giving your agency access through Meta Business Suite / TikTok Business Center or OAuth so passwords never change hands.

The handover is where this usually breaks. The account was made on their phone, SIM and location, then it suddenly logs in from your setup and the trust you paid for is gone. If you do it, have them sign up with an email you control from day one, and treat your first login like a normal "new phone" login don't change email, phone and password all at once. Also sort out whose number is on it, if it's the worker's personal SIM you don't really own the account.

You can do this by hiring offshore remote staff (like Upwork) or by using UGC platforms like JoinBrands and Trend,
Just make sure they create and manage the accounts on real physical smartphones using local residential proxies

You can hire a VA or social media agency to create accounts and connect them to your software, but use proper client authorization and check each platform’s account rules before scaling.
if there's an agency which can done this for me, it would be nice actually, since i really know how to do these stuff but the scalability seems to be hard to manage myself since i already handle other parts of the business
