In the last few days I've been creating a website with ChatGPT, finally finished it.

Now what? The domain has no authority, the niche can be competitive for some keywords, not as much for others.

What to do now? Give it time? Buy backlinks?

I created a shop with Claude. Now I am focusing to add more content to the blog section. For authority and seo: I don’t have an idea honestly. Seo is very hard and finding good backlinks much harder. 99% of seo services in bhw are totally trash. Content is shit , and many many links aren’t even indexed.

give it a few months but keep testing and improving . check the top ranking pages before spending money on backlinks.

don't rush into buying backlinks first target low competition keywords and build useful pages around them give google time to index and test what gets impressions before spending money on links

You need a content strategy and backlinks strategy. The authority & trust are only to get better rankings on search engines. So, you should also focus on other traffic sources. If you have an existing traffic source like a youtube channel or an Instagram page, use it to drive traffic to your website. The organic rankings take time and even if you make backlinks now, it'll take some time to get better rankings. As far as content is concerned, you should keep questioning your USP and what makes you better than the competitors. Strictly avoid low quality backlinks as they won't help you and could even bring down the overall site authority.

Reoptimize every page again next is what I like to do

  • Create social media pages for the site. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn.
  • Logos and everything synced to the page's brand - name.
  • Google Business Profile set up.

Start from those and then start making advertising videos for the site.
No need to be long. Maybe 16-second short videos, that you can use on all those platforms.

Before buying backlinks, go through every page and rewrite the intros and headings to add real human perspective, because raw chatgpt output gets hit hard on indexing now. Once GSC starts showing impressions for low competition terms, then you can think about light link building.

i would concentrate on making the content indexed first nd using less competitive keywords. wait for some time nd see if there is an increase in impressions before investing in backlinks. it makes no sense to build links for the pages that still reqquire improvement.

You just built the website, now your target should be (sales, traffic, signups, leads, etc). For that you will definitely have to do marketing of your website. Now its completely depend on your business niche, that what kind of market it needs.

Biggest mistake here would be buying links before you know the pages are even indexed. Open GSC and check the page indexing report first. Pages straight out of ChatGPT often land in "Crawled, currently not indexed", and links pointing at a page Google refuses to index don't help much.
If that's what you see, add something the model can't give you, like your own screenshots, real specifics, an actual opinion, and go after the low competition keywords first. Links come after the pages stick.

making Ai generated content are option to create optimize content in target niche which are reachout keyword content that need time to checkout the traffic convert before making availability for backlinks spread.

give it few months but dont just leave it sitting there.keep improving content and watch how similar sites are ranking first then once you see where real gaps are you can decide if backlinks are worth spending money on

Your first step must be to add sitemap to Google Search Console and check whether your important pages are properly indexed. Make sure your website has quality information and not just random AI content. Focus on low competiton but long-tail keywords, optimise content for search engine and AI overview. Then pay attention to get backlinks from reputed sites by promoting your content organically their. All these strategies will make a difference if done properly.

Do a proper research before buying backlinks, because they need to be from a highly authoritative relevant website to yours. Also if the backlinks bring a lot of traffic to your website then they're ideal for you.

frankly speaking, I think it will be more beneficial to concentrate on indexing nd understand which pages receive impression nd only then to invest in backlinks. focus on easier keyword nd make sure you include some practical experience in ai-written content.

It sounds like you're in a similar situation to me.
For now, I'm just keeping an eye on things and studying SEO further.
