I dont want theories or AI replies. (not asking for PMs anymore)

I started making money online long time ago. First money was 10+ years ago, dont remember exactly, it was either for making a website or boosting in League of Legends (I was one of the top players and was boosting rank on clients accounts). Then I made a boosting service - orders, calculator, client area, chat between client and booster, got a small team of boosters and optimized it for keywords. Also had info sites (content sites), blogs etc. In best times it was making few thousand $.

Traffic dropped step by step, in some places disappeared completely. Most projects didnt survive the updates and AI answers.

I made an AI SaaS. So I understand pretty good how it works. On the level of high-level frameworks and a bit of low-level. Never built models from scratch, dont see the point now. Same for pretraining.

Skills: some basic SEO. Full-stack (django, react, +nextjs).

Its been a year of silence now and I dont understand what to do. AI changes the rules with every update and kills one market after another.

Bottleneck is traffic. I have no idea what to look at now. Starting a white hat project with buying links, CPC ads, media placements -- its huge money. Even for a test.

Organic from google SERP is a pure lottery for me. Links, content, even guest posts. From word count to anchors -- nothing is clear.

Will be grateful for any advice/feedback.

You shouldn't be making an AI SaaS if you have no clue or exerpaince making money. Literally the point in being in business is so you can offer an easy and worthwhile expertise for a price. Who's going to use your software, if you don't have any paying customers after a year? That tells you everything.

I just read a nice quote from someone. "Don't look where the puck is, look where its going.". You defiantly don't need money to make money online, you just need concentrated effort. If you have made products and done a few things and nothing is working, that's better than doing nothing at all, and is actually the flip side of success.

I can't remember who said it either but another nice one is "Success is on the far side of failure". That tells you what your next move. If you still don't know enough, you should be failing and continuing your learning. If you feel you know enough then you should be succeeding thanks to your failures.

Target local customers and sell an easy-to-understand solution.

There are still business owners out there who do their entire business over landline and fax. If you can show them something that solves their pain points without any technobabble, you'll have a lot less competition than trying to rank alongside the ten thousand other SaaS firms out there.

I am in same boat as you. I know seo, web development, content sites but I am also silence from long time.
It feels like I am lost, somebody could help us give a helping hand

You can try at McDonalds, they are looking for workers.
You will be happy, always with young girls, great team, etc...

Create an application, a webpage or something similar - that analyzes, for instance, a website, an app, a video, or any random item.

It would identify errors, problems, or areas for improvement.
You could offer a free version that generates a report for the user to view and download, allowing them to start making their own adjustments.

You could also add a payment option for users who want a more detailed analysis. For example, the basic tier could cover the essentials, while a premium tier offers more extensive improvement suggestions.. The most expensive option could involve you personally reviewing and analyzing the errors manually...
However, the goal is to make the process automated, so the customer can use the service independently. Even if they pay for the service, the output should still be generated automatically.

It could be a challenging project, though, as you would need to find a way to get AI models to examine and analyze the data. I don't know how this is going to be done... maybe it needs too much coding or knowledge to get it to work...
But I see potential for this.

I would remind you that people do not want to pay big amounts for things.
Free Analyzing is 0€
Standard Analyzing is 10€
Premium Analyzing is 25€
Expert Analyzing is 50€

You also have to keep in mind that some people initiate chargebacks. You might end up having to refund the money, and the costs can be quite high... :(

About the AI SaaS I was working on. B2C, B2B.

Here is my roadmap: I started as one of the first in this niche, around 4-5 months behind the main competitor. EMD domain, exact match of the main keyword, right now the search volume is 100k+ commercial queries. Not a dummy site, a real service that does the job.

Bet was on organic. Optimization strategy -- copy the strategy of the main competitors. At that time the top was a few competitors and then 2-3 pages of same-type dummy sites with a wall of text, no functionality (or fake one), spammy links, often the same design. Unfortunately for google it was more relevant.

I didnt get enough of that very important first money. Then competitors with grants and investors showed up. My situation, lets say, didnt allow me to apply for grants. At some point, maybe I overdid it with anchors, the slowly growing visibility of the project dropped to 0, 0 impressions in google. I just switched to other projects then, visibility suddenly came back after 2 months like someone flipped a switch, and since then its slowly going down. I didnt touch this project since, not developing it and not updating.

Clients are there, slowly dropping off.
