Hey everyone,

im operating a lot of accounts for OFM on an ios phone farm. We mostly focused on Threads for the past 1/2 years and are now able to scale accounts insanely fast and getting 50-100k views on first posts on command mostly. BUT we now want to grow the IGs of the threads accounts organically since also the farm accounts are all organic and made for long term. BUT those accounts only tend to get 200-300 views on their reels and sometimes 1k. Any idea why tf that happens? Since we can test a lot in a short time weve already tested a lot and it doesnt seem to be the following stuff:

-account (same accounts get 100k+ views on threads easily per post)
-any link stuff
-the content (weve tried so much and remade stuff)
-ai label (tested with and without and non ai content)
-Jailbreak vs non jailbreak
-Account status (all green)
-Profil set to AI profile
-Meta data removed vs with metadata
-Resolution of content
-Duplication vs no duplication
-Caption vs no caption (dont think IG gets routed over caption?)
-Timing

and probably a lot more ngl

The stats of the reels are mostly fine and should make them expand more but i feel like mostly that the wrong target audience gets hit? Its 99% men tho which is good and the right countries. I was thinking abt if its maybe the proxy quality but i doubt that makes sense since also everyone is larping that for Threads and its legit not making any difference in performance unless you use idk DCs.

So does anyone else have this problem or experience in it?

EDIT: Also are there any ways to cheat a little? Like for example funneling from threads to ig? Does that really boost the traffic on IG long term or is that a myth?

If Reels consistently stop around 200 views, I'd investigate audience matching and watch time first. Good engagement percentages alone may not guarantee broader distribution on Instagram.
The skip rate and all seems to be fine tho. Thats whats concerning me

Could it be that the content is too similar across all the accounts, so Instagram doesn’t want to keep showing people basically the same thing? Or maybe it’s the combination of similar content and all the accounts posting around the same time?

Threads and IG seem to push content quite differently, so views on one dont always carry over to the other. I’d try sharing the best Threads posts as Reels and check watch time, shares and saves.

If people dont keep watching or share it, IG may stop pushing it further.

nah not really something like that happens only at INSANE scale

but reels perform like ass on threads ngl. I could crosspost them but thats not the goal. SInce it works for others who can get like 10k on first post im curious to know how tf they do it

Threads and Instagram have different recommendation systems so strong reach on one doesn’t automatically transfer to the other.

On my profile I have got 10k views on a new profile within a week. What I realized it most of the views come from comments, commenting on high view posts

Although threads is linked to ig, the two platforms feature completely different content and user bases; consequently, driving traffic from threads to ig is very difficult.

i feel like threads nd reels are pushing content in different ways therefore it means that success on either platform does not necessarily mean success on the other plattform as well. i would consider sending my followers from threads to ig.

threads has mch less stringent rules on farm configurations but ig reels depend solely on the completion rates of that 200 test bucket trial run. push warm traffic from threads to ig stories using stickers to make sure u get past the lock in the beginning.

Meta evaluates media files differently than raw text or photo uploads. I would try to off setting the reels or photos. When it comes to the resolution of the file from threads to IG. Every upload needs to have a slight different variation. Start off with your test videos and keep them short. Every video needs to be native to IG so you can attract a broader audience. Try not to do everything in batch. There’s something that your uploads are signaling the algorithms to categorize and group your videos to where you’re only receiving 200 to 300 views. Last but not least make sure you have proxies where IPS have a high trust score

Reels needs native watch time. Funneling traffic from Threads to your IG bio definitely helps boost it.

Well I have a method for the views / Reach go like a rocket. If you are interested ping me.

check audience matching and how long people actually watch the reels first good engagement percentages not always mean instagram will push them more people try bringing some relevant viewers over from threads and see if changes results over time rather than relying on tricks

It's just a trending SEO tag generated by CapCut or IG auto-captions that creators spam to piggyback on viral reach.

Try warming up the account, and first of all, like Reels related to your account's niche. Do this for at least two weeks.

Threads and IG algorithms are completely separate 200-view caps on IG happen when your phone farm setup gets flagged by meta device fingerprinting, tanking your initial watch-time testing loop.

we tested manually on real phones with 1 account its not that. Dont really think they can flag this fast lol
