Hello everyone.
About 3/4 years ago I had a youtube channel that got terminated. It was a channel with random animal videos that I used to record myself. One of the videos had 2 of my aquarium fish fighting and the channel got terminated due to animal abuse somehow.
The channel was never monetized or anything. I tried appealing and youtube rejected my appeals. So I stopped with youtube for a while .After 3 years of video editing I decided to start my own wildlife channel but youtube terminated it due to circumvention. I have sent many appeals and all of them were rejected with an AI auto response saying that the decision is final. But I didnt give up and I decided to go full stealth mode and got a new device , WIFI and Phone number. After that I started my wildlife youtube channel and didnt have any problems . Also for about 3 months of work I have almost reached the monetization stage.

So now since the terminated youtube channels were never monetized can I get my current channel monetzed wthout getting terminated again? If I use my personal info for the AdSense account will that trigger something? I was thinking about business AdSense account but even with that you have to provide personal information like ID . Then I thought to ask my father to open an AdSense account for youtube but me and my father have the same first name and we share the same IP adress as the terminated channels. Also I know that google can check the bank account s owner and adress so this could link back to the detals of the termnated channel. Somebody told me that opening business bank account and having business ad sense is how this could be done without getting terminated. If someone knows anything about this matter and what I could do in this situation please share your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

I'm not the most experienced person when it comes to YouTube, but my opinion is that you should get a new IP + new/fresh documents. Google store everything. You should get everything fresh

What do you mean by fresh documents?

main issue is the old termination, not whether the channel was monetized. YouTube may still treat a new channel as circumvention, so using new devices or someone else's AdSense could cause more trouble. I'd try to get clear confirmation from YouTube before putting more work into it.

How can I get confirmation from YouTube when they reject my appeals?

main concern here previous termination rather than whether old channel ever made money.youtube can still consider a new channel circumvention and using your relative adsense or different devices not necessarily solve that.try to get clarification through the official appeal process before putting more time into monetization.

All the appeals get rejected and the second chance program doesnt seem to be available as well. I dont have a choice but to try and get monetized by being very careful.

I’d be careful about investing more time before resolving the termination, since creating another channel can still count as circumvention under YouTube’s rules. A business AdSense account or different device won’t guarantee protection, so I’d use the official appeal route rather than trying to hide the connection.

Yes I everybody says thus but obviously the official appeal route is not working. You don't get any response. Only rejection from the Ai. So waiting or appealing again and again does nothing.

The main issue isn’t AdSense, it’s the original termination and the circumvention policy. Using a business account or someone else’s details won’t necessarily solve that, and it could create more problems during verification. I’d focus on getting official clarification from YouTube before investing more time into the channel.

the old termination probably the part that matters most here rather than whether old channel was monetized.careful about using your fathers details or setting up business accounts just to get around it because that could create more issues later.getting a clear answer from youtube before investing more time seems safer.

I cant give up. And also youtube closes every door so I have no choice

Even if the old channels never earned money, the termination can still affect your eligibility to run another channel. AdSense details won’t automatically fix that, so I’d confirm your status with YouTube before applying for monetization.

Confirm what exactly?
They dont respond and ignore my appeals

U should check YouTube’s termination and monetization policies before applying. A new device or AdSense account doesn’t remove a termination restriction. I’d recommend resolving the original termination through official channels rather than risking more work on a channel that could be removed.

Contact YouTube support first. A new AdSense account won’t necessarily solve a termination-related issue.
