As the title says, this is one of the post of mine which got 256k views and 2K upvotes and got in the trending section on Reddit. I have some posts hitting 1M, 299k and more views with great upvotes.
Step 1:- Find lower Subreddit which you want to have post on for example this post was reddit to tech I searched tech in the search bar of reddit chose a 2-4 numbered Subreddit not top ones. Because these Subredits arent highly moderated and allow new contributions. For this post I chose a 150K member one sub but still got 250K+ views
Step 2:- This is the most important part people usually skip which is content research according to the brand you want to mention or promote. What I personally do it filter the best posts and find patterns such as which type of posts got viral video, text or image type.
Step 3: The third step is trying to create a similar viral content or recreating the content that has gone viral and created discussion what I realized is making content that leads to troll something or get people comments is what outperform everything. Like a post example why reddit people hate marketing could be one of the example.
Step 4: Fourth step is to just post the content and if you see replies upvotes notifications coming up in the first one hour that means that post is performing good. If that doesnt happen you need to try again in some other subreddit or twerking the content.
