I ran into the exact same problem when Kopeechka started failing. I recently switched to a private provider that supports the drop-in kopeechka 2.0 api format and clean domains.
The best part is I didn't have to touch my bot's code at all, and OTP codes arrive in less than a second on Discord and Steam.
