My Facebook account suddenly received a notification stating it had been permanently disabled, and I am unable to submit an appeal, even though I haven't done anything wrong. Does anyone know why this happened and what I can do to recover the account?

The standard appeal process is currently inactive, so the Meta Verified live chat is the most effective method for recovering your account. Activate a Meta Verified subscription on another active Facebook or Instagram account. This allows you to contact a Meta customer support agent via live chat and request a manual review. Additionally, if a business page or ad account is linked to the account, log in to Meta Business Suite and submit an appeal using the Help Center or support chat option. Try these, hopefully you will get your account back.

Check the linked email for any details or appeal link first. Were you using a shared proxy or changing IPs often? That could've triggered a flag. If starting fresh, use a clean proxy and an antidetect browser to avoid reusing the disabled account's browser fingerprint.

You can't be certain you didn't do anything wrong; have you read all of Facebook's rules? You almost certainly violated one of their policies, or perhaps the phone number or IP address used to create the account got flagged.

Permanently disabled means they have made the decision permanently.
It is hard nothing you will be able to do unless you have access to insight of facebook

it can be frustrating, particularly when u have not done anything wrong.i would begin by checking your email for any information from facebook. then use the official recovery page for the account. it could be that there has been an error from their auttomated review system. if u are given another chance to make a request for a review, then please explain urself.

Make another account meta verified and then request an appeal to your old account from there.

this can occur even if u have not intentionally violated any rules. u may see if there is an email from facebook on the matter nd attempt to use the appeal link from a different browser. u may also take screen shots of the notiffications just in case.

You can only submit an appeal and wait for a response from Meta; they will typically provide a reason explaining which policy you violated and what led to the issue. A response is usually provided within 24 hours.

This can happen due to a security check or a mistake on Facebook’s side. I’d first try the official account recovery page and check if there’s another way to verify your identity. If the appeal option is missing, contacting Meta support may be the only next step.

was there anything about the breach of policy mentioned by facebook? this would give us a better idea of what the problem is. u can try to access ur facebook account via browser as well as an application bcz different recovery methods may be availablle. keep all the correspondence with meta in case it is necessary.

It's unfortunate. Meta is really strict, and if you had 1 small warning on an old account, it will affect your current account. They tend to ignore every appeal request.

If there is no button to appeal see if opening the email sent by facebook regarding urs disabled account provides an alternate way of recovery. Please dont give money to anyone who promises to get it un banned most of them are scams to be honest.

First, try messaging Meta AI or Support. Additionally, try submitting an appeal via Facebook's appeal links if there is no appeal button available.

Are you sure you didn't violate Facebook's policies? Or did you click on a link and get your account hacked?

If you’re multi accounting it might be because there’s a leak somewhere within your config and you’re getting flagged. Could also be as simple as the IP/proxy you’re using being low quality/flagged.
