My Facebook advertising account was disabled shortly after adding a payment card or sharing a pixel - I need advice.

Hey guys, I've been hitting a wall with FB ad accounts over the past month. Personal ad accounts, BM1, BM3 are all getting disabled.
I usually let them sit and warm up for 3 to 7 days. But as soon as I add a payment card or share a pixel, the account gets restricted. Even when a setup goes smoothly, launching a simple engagement ad with a clean nature image instantly triggers an unusual activity flag.

Try using existing ad accounts that have already incurred expenses, or look for old BMs to buy. I’m also using BM3, but it runs smoothly with a history of expenses, so it still performs well.

That pixel might be burned from an old ban so the whole setup gets flagged as soon as you link it. For payments I usually see instant bans when the card country doesnt match the proxy or account info. I'd avoid adding the card straight through ads manager billing too. I usually just boost a normal post for a few bucks to add the card first seems to trigger fewer security checks that way

I've seen similar issues lately. Restrictions can depend on several factors, so it's worth reviewing the account status and setup before launching campaigns. Have you checked Account Quality for the specific reason?

This is because your account is new; it is highly susceptible to being disabled if there is any activity. You should keep the account inactive for at least a month to ensure safety.

Sounds like Meta’s risk system is flagging the setup itself. I’d check Account Quality, payment details, and business verification, then appeal any restrictions before making more changes. Warming up for 3–7 days doesn’t guarantee an account won’t be flagged.

It’s nothing out of the ordinary, bro. Start with a small budget and a solid product; once you’ve built up enough credibility, then you can scale up the budget.

I think it could be related to identity verification, payment or security signals rather than the warm up period itself. If adding a card or sharing a pixel keeps triggering restrictions, I would check the account quality and security status first.

These issues often arise with Business Manager (BM) accounts; before launching a campaign, you should review the account status and settings, as well as the spending history, to identify the cause typically unusual activity or policy violations that have led to warnings or flags. It is advisable to test a small campaign using a product and content that fully comply with Meta's policies.

Have you tried contacting the support? What did they say?

Try purchasing accounts or using accounts within a BM that already have a spending history. Alternatively, consider renting accounts from agencies, this is a better approach than using new accounts at the moment.

There is currently a storm sweeping through accounts, but I see that everything is still fine.

If it’s happening across multiple accounts I’d look at the overall account setup rather than the ad creative.

these problems happen when meta detects unusual activity or something in the account setup triggers check account status and recent warnings first and make sure the payment method business details and ad content all follow metas policies before testing a small campaign.

To fix this, use fresh virtual cards with clean BINs, isolate each account on a dedicated residential IP browser profile, and let the BM gain spending trust before sharing pixels or cross-linking assets.

If you frequently switch the bank card linked to your account, use a clean proxy to maintain control over the account and minimize irregularities that could trigger warnings or lead to the account being locked.

My advice is to purchase accounts from a provider that offers a warranty in case the account gets disabled when adding a payment method. Since Facebook accounts have been quite unstable lately, most accounts purchased at a higher price tend to remain active.
