a slow intro can make me leave before the video even gets interesting what makes you swipe away fastest bad audio, clickbait, repetitive content or something else?

If the caption promises something interesting but the video shows something else, I lose interest.
True, a good hook will get that click-through, but you need your content to back it up. Some curiosity is okay, but misleading captions will just undermine retention and credibility in the long run.

I will put it straight audio with really poor sound quality nd vds which start showing the intended information only after ten sec are a big turn-off, especially when they fail to live up to expectations.

Bad audio is the quickest way to lose me. If the sound is garbled or too loud, I swipe instantly regardless of the visual content. Quality control matters more than the hook itself.

as for me it is when videos take long to get to their core. when the first few seconds do not attract my attention i am likely to scroll through. poor sound quality nd excessive use of clickbaits also turn me off especially if the content does not deliver on its promisse.

It depends on each person’s preferences, but in my opinion, poor-quality audio or visuals, a drawn-out opening that lacks an engaging hook, or overusing sensational headlines

a clickbait that takes forever before reaching the main idea. if there is no reason for me to be interested in the first few seconds, then i'm already scrolling lol.

Those videos that spent 5 secs telling me to wait for the good part. What's annoying is that our attention spans are so cooked now that even a normal intro feels too slow

Creators basically have to spoil the best moment in the first second just to keep people watching

I would scroll past immediately if the video had ear piercing audio and a vulgar script.

A slow intro makes me swipe away pretty quickly. I want the video to get straight to the point instead of spending the first few seconds explaining what it’s about.

i simply scroll away if the description nd video do not go hand in hand or the uploader keeps pestering me into liking nd following him before giving me anything valluable. i m fine with basic videos but they need to be authentic nd have some value to offer.

when people make videos that half of them are spent saying wait fr it instead of actually saying something i am gone. I'd rather watches a crappy videos but get some thing out of it than a great one wasting 10 seconds on it

The moment I see 'Watch this till the end' on a video, I already know it's gonna be crap.

For me, it was when all the clips seem like copies of one an other, only with a different face. Im willing to watch any video, as long as there is a story behind it otherwise, even the polished videos dont makes the cut.

I don't like watching TikTok videos. I just use it for business.

I hate all those trends. Everything sounds stupid there

if i hear the same trending music or the same trending viral video hook at the start.

I have heard that the first 3 seconds should be about the topic or interesting to catch the attention. I usually scroll posts that i don't get interested in.

It could be a striking or captivating image of the character, or perhaps a statement that taps right into one's curiosity.
