You should connect a new Shopify store to a new Pinterest Business account; It will issue a $100 ad credit automatically to first-time advertisers.

I think they changed the credit option

sign up for a new Pinterest Ads Manager account, create a campaign with $500 spend within 30 days, then email support with the campaign ID to receive the $100 credit; I got it after uploading a 1080x1920 pin and spending $520 on traffic ads

to get the $100 ad credit, sign up for a new business account, verify via phone, then navigate to Ads → Billing → Promo code and enter "PINTEREST100". this works because Pinterest only grants the credit to accounts created after Jan 2023 that spend at least $10 in the first 30 days
