How Many Times Do You Unlock Your Phone Daily?

Have you ever heard of phone pickups... or have you ever checked yours?

It's basically a way to see how often you pick up or unlock your phone throughout the day.

I only found out about it today too.

You can check yours pretty easily.

For iPhone:
Go to Settings > Screen Time > See All App & Website Activity, then scroll down to Pickups.

For Android:
Go to Settings > Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls, and look for Unlocks.

The suggested target is to keep it below 90 a day.

Yeah, I understand all those short periods between doing things... Eating, waiting for the kettle to boil, going to the toilet, etc

Noo... That was for yesterday, not today.

On a good day, I probably don't even use my phone that often but I had little to do yesterday.

I was just resting for most of the day and watched a movie too : D

I understand that some people actually have genuine reasons for having a high number but for me, too much only indicates distraction.
