@virtualpurity: any news ? we didn't receive any reply or update

We would like to provide you with another update regarding the ongoing service restoration.

We are pleased to confirm that the main node has already been restored, and our team is now working on bringing the remaining services and servers back online.

The restoration is being carried out rack by rack, which means that services will not all become available at the same time.

We are working through the affected infrastructure step by step and doing everything possible to speed up the process.

We understand that this has already taken longer than expected, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disruption this has caused.

We know how important your server, website, email, and other services are to your business.

Based on the current progress, we are hoping to have the remaining services restored within the next 24–48 hours.

However, we cannot guarantee an exact restoration time, as the process depends on the infrastructure recovery.

Please be assured that all affected servers are being worked on and are being restored.

You do not need to take any action from your side. As soon as your service is restored, you will be updated immediately.

We kindly ask for a little more patience while our team completes the remaining work.

We truly appreciate your understanding and are doing everything possible to get all services back to normal as quickly as possible.

Every client affected by this downtime will be accordingly compensated.

Regards

Thank you for the update! Let’s hope our server is back online within the next 2 days.

Hopefully faster - some of the services and VPS servers should be coming back online today or at least until the IP propagation finishes. We working around the clock for the rest.

Again terribly sorry about the whole situation - it just was out of our control - Cage renters are a third party that have their own dealings / issues with the Datacentars - and we can not influence that - and unfortunantly our infrastructure was badly affected by this third party issue.

We know that there is nothing that we can do to replace the businessnes losses caused by the downtime - but we will try to compensate every affected customer to as best of our abbilites.

Is your service related to koddos? Any idea if they will also restore everything?

Hello,

Unfortunately, I have to raise this issue here because I have received no response to my support ticket.

I purchased a dedicated server on September 30, just about an hour before the power outage occurred. Unfortunately, my timing could not have been worse.

Once your website became available again, I opened a support ticket on October 3 to ask how long it would take for my server to be provided. My previous hosting provider had experienced a similar power issue, leaving my website offline for more than a week, so I could not afford to wait several more days for a new server.

The following day, I received a response stating that it would take 24–48 hours. By that point, I had already been waiting for 24 hours.

On October 5, I contacted support again to explain that I could no longer wait and requested a refund.

Since then, I have received no further response. My ticket has been closed due to inactivity, despite the fact that my refund request remains unresolved. I have received no refund, no status update, and no explanation whatsoever.

Send me your ticket number - we have been all hands on on the server moving - some tickets might sliped away, sorry about that.

@virtualpurity Is there anyone among your customers whose server came back online today? I've been checking my Dedicated Server IP SSH every hour since September 29 to see if my server is back online, but still no hope. Let's hope it comes back soon!

Ticket #525658

Ticket has been answered.

Yes, around 12 services have been restored today. Sorry for the delay again we trying to move as fast as we can, once the service is restored you will be notified on the ticket ASAP.

Your sites up yet? I'm still waiting.. lost thousands already from this. Starting to lose patience

Unfortunately, same here. I've been checking every day, hoping the server would come back online, but I've almost completely lost hope. My website is practically dead now, and traffic has dropped to zero due to the downtime. Being offline for 10 days can easily destroy a business that's been running for over 10 years.
