1 being super shy, does not talk to anyone, stays in the computer, gets agoraphobia even going to the supermarket.

10 being super extroverted, is on the phone with several people every day, goes out socially for fun most days of the week.

I'm a 6.

Go.

Curious to see life experience from the 1,2 and 9,10 people.

I talk to people every day it’s part of the job though I don’t exactly get a huge kick out of it. Because people are really stupid. I’d rate myself around a 7 or 8.

I used to be a 1... or even less than 1

Nowadays I have shyness swings, sometimes I'm 1, other times I'm 10 (very rarely a 10 though)... most of the time I'm somewhere in-between 1 and 10, but I think it depends on which activity / social interaction we are talking about.

For example, when I used to attend live football matches I could literally become friends with anyone who supported my team, you couldn't find any shyness there if you looked through the microscope :D

If we are talking about... hmm... going out for drinks for example (never been a fan of that), I'd rather not go out at all as I found the small chat and gossip that's associated with going out at cafes / bars pretty useless and boring, this is just not my thing. So, my shyness would increase during such an event, although, if I think better it probably wasn't shyness in such a case, it probably was lack of mood or something else...

But anyway, my shyness really does swing from one extreme to another, depending on the social event I'm engaged in. Maybe those examples weren't the best, but they should depict my point fairly accurately :)

Sometimes 2
never more than 6, even with close people
social events it drops to 1 or 2, lmao

Diagnosed with autism, social phobia...at least not agoraphobia
100% dependent on apps to start conversations and then meet in person...i don't start conversations with strangers, except if they are workers, like a waiter, a doorman or something like that

that sucks, but okay, maybe we have some agoraphobics around, that must be tough

Being mostly at home will strengthen agoraphobia on anyone. Feeling the effects too.

I'm a the 1

I'm literally researching moving to Asia as a digital nomad just so I can avoid going to the supermarket in a completely different time zone lol

I give you a 10! You're an extremely extroverted person. I've been here for over 10 years, but I've never talked this much with anyone.

But in such a short period, I've quoted most of your forum replies.

I think @SirTop also agrees with my words.
