How to open a meta Agency?

I really want to open an agency, this means I need to find someone who can teach me on how to get FB profiles, how to have strong BM and ad accounts, how to get agency ad accounts and how to setup to accept all the niches.

the 'accept all niches' part is what sinks most new agencies i've seen. one restricted-vertical client gets flagged and it drags the whole BM down. are you planning to split clients across separate BMs?

fr, we avoid gambling, igaming and a few others. not worth the risk.

You do NEED to learn how to create very good Facebook and even Google ads. That means that you should have a ROAS above 1.5 if you want to be named "decent" in the space and actually hired by other companies or freelancers.
 
You need to learn how to create products and identify which ones are high-quality and optimal for your business; from there, you should establish a basic operational process to drive growth and acquire customers.

To be more precise I want to open an ad account agency. I need to use this for my local market.
I already know too much, but I need to know more and accept wh and gh products.
I can pay a guide, thank you
