Yeah, I agree. For crypto, the hard part is finding sites that are actually relevant and worth getting a link from, not just sites that accept crypto links.
Hi! From my experience, casino and crypto are usually the toughest because many sites reject them outright. CBD can be difficult too, especially on authority sites. The biggest challenge is finding relevant sites that actually accept these niches without crazy prices.

Yeah, gray niches are hard work. Lower quality of link sources, increased competition, and greater instability typically require a more patient approach.

Casino and gambling, no contest. Mainstream blogs filter out those niches automatically, and the few sites that do take them charge an absolute fortune in 'editorial fees.' Plus, half the sellers offering casino links are just peddling re-skinned PBNs anyway.

Casino, crypto, and CBD are definitely some of the hardest. In my opinion, the main problem lies in finding relevantsites that actually have decent traffic and good links

The high paying ones basically have zero organic links, all of it is paid links, either by paying reporters to write about it or buying articles from the publisher direct

Wow big respect ! I am Muslim too and I am always shocked that most Pakistani freelancer in this forum work with casino or adult niche without any issues not even feeling bad

In my opinion poetry and other these kinds of niches are very difficult because there are no very good sites out there where we can build backlinks for. So i think these kinds of niches everyone should avoid these kinds of niches. Because it's very hard to find these kinds of great sites and it's like a waste of time.

crypto is one area that have been difficult for me since many sites need paid placement beforehand, while the gud editors rarely respond to cold pitches lol

I think CBD, crypto, and casino are challenging niches because of high competition and fewer websites willing to link freely. Building relationships with relevant publishers and creating useful content can help, but the right approach depends on the niche.

I'll admit I assumed link prices were the same everywhere. Nexus agancy's note that casino and crypto publishers charge 3–5x the normal rate explains why my outreach kept dying.
