How many times do you usually follow up with a webmaster before stopping? I write one main message and then 2 follow ups, each in about 2 days. But still, I want to get more replies. What is the best way to get them?

Two follow-ups is quite fair in my opinion. I would just go for a different angle on each follow-up rather than “bumping” the same message, after which I’ll move on.

i think when we pitch a client we must follow up in a week and then should send two more follow ups, if he is opening message or email then we must contiunsaly follow ups after some time but there must be minimum three follow ups to a client

Two follow ups is already pushing it for most people.

Better to space them out more and make each one actually useful instead of just “checking in.”

Yes, I think two to three follow-ups would be fine. If they’re responding but not answering, I would alter my approach and make it more useful for them.

I feel that 2 follow-ups would suffice. 2 day seem very short in my opinion nd I would send the follow-up email after 3-5 day instead of sending the same old “just following up” email.
nd if things don’t happen even after that, I would rather move forward instead of trying to pursue the same webmaster.

I believe 2 follow ups like how you're doing are fine and I wouldn't continue to pursue that webmaster any more.

i believe 2 follow up is enough but sometimes i do more than that based on how i felt

2-3 follow ups is usually enough imo, after that id stop or wait longer, sometimes a shorter message gets more replies.

2 follow-ups are usually enough. Space them 3–5 days apart, keep them short, and personalize the first line to their site.

Three or four at the very most before ur email provider marks ur domain as honestly if they re ignoring ur first offer and second nudge, it was not worth the hassle.

Two follow-ups is usually enough. If there’s still no reply after that, I’d move on rather than keep pushing. Focus on deliverability and ration on Delivered vs Opened vs Clicked.

Just one follow-up is sufficient imo, if you’re doing more than that you might get spamflagged and it just comes off too pushy.

I usually send 2-3 follow-ups, spaced a few days apart, then stop. Keeping each message short and personalized works best.

thanx for your replies! So im on the right way)

Twice is enough
Just buy more targeted leads

if first mail is opened without any response, then i would alter the subject or pitch in the next mail since repeating the same offer generally tends to kill the prospect

two, and the second one is the only one that works for me if it carries something new. a specific page on their site i would place on and what i would pay. about 2000 sends this year, the first mail gets 3%, the second with the page named gets 7%, a third got under 1% and started landing in spam. so two, five days apart, and the second has to be the real offer
