At this point, I genuinely have to assume that you either fundamentally do not understand the service you purchased, or you are intentionally trolling and spreading misleading information.
You received 3 Google Ads accounts with full setups. Two of them have already been restricted after being used with your setup/campaigns, while the third one remains active. The fact that you are unable to keep accounts active does not mean the accounts were never delivered or that we are scammers.
Regarding Meta, you received the full infrastructure/setup exactly as agreed - personal profile, Business Manager, proxy and cookies. You did not receive a Meta ad account because your available balance was not sufficient to cover the required initial top-up.
Furthermore, the initial top-up allocated for the Meta account was refunded back to your balance, because you decided to request two additional Google Ads accounts instead. After allocating the available funds toward those additional Google accounts, there was simply not enough balance remaining to fund and deliver a Meta ad account. This was clearly communicated to you.
So saying that we “deleted your Facebook account and are now trying to make you top up again” is simply false. There was no Meta ad account from us to delete in the first place, and the funds intended for its initial top-up were returned/reallocated based on your own decision to proceed with additional Google accounts.
You are receiving exactly the service you requested and paid for. Your inability to successfully operate the accounts or keep them active does not suddenly turn the provider into a scam.
If you continue posting false or deliberately misleading accusations, I will report your next comment to the BHW moderators together with the complete communication, transaction history, delivery records and account history, so they can review the facts themselves.
You are absolutely free to criticize our service based on facts. But repeatedly making demonstrably false accusations while leaving out key details - including the fact that you requested the additional Google accounts yourself and your Meta initial top-up was refunded - is misleading to everyone reading this thread.
