Found a pSEO site with roughly 190K monthly organic traffic.

PSEO.png

The setup is basically:

/calories-nutrition/{entity}

A few example pages:
  • /calories-nutrition/moussaka
  • /calories-nutrition/broccoli
  • /calories-nutrition/chicken
  • /calories-nutrition/quest-protein-chips
  • /calories-nutrition/pepsi-prebiotic-cola
Same template, different entity/data.

It reportedly grew from around 100 ranking pages to ~4,000 in under a year.

Main takeaway:

The real pSEO asset is the dataset + repeatable template, not just AI content.

This is the best way I've found to structure such sites. You need to give as much relevant info in the path as possible. Not just using a sanitised page title as the url slug, but using a descriptive sub directory and a relevant page slug each time.

It also helps that the app in question is widely used :)

That's actually good method to copy to get traffic :) you have explained it well.

the part i would copy is the data not the template. 4000 pages with the same layout is fine as long as each one has a number nobody else has. i tried a smaller version in the supplement space, 300 pages off one dataset, the ones with a unique value per page got indexed, the ones where the data repeated across pages got folded into one. the url path tip above is right, the slug did more than the title

yeah the structure makes sense when every page its own useful data and url clearly tells you what the page is about having a strong dataset behind template is probably more important than just generating lot of similar pages the fact that the app already has a large user base probably helps with demand too

This is a very nice method to rank that I didn't know about. Thank you for this!
