I have been looking into Pinterest ads because it seems like an interesting platform with a different type of audience. Has anyone here tested it seriously? I would like to know about targeting options, traffic quality, and overall experience.

Pinterest advertising can be effective, but in my opinion, it really depends on the niche you’re working with. Start off with a small test, and track how many saves you get, outbound clicks, and even conversions.

i have tried using some pinterest ads nd the traffic is good. especially with products nd content that are visually appealing. what was most important for me was experimenpting with different creatives bcz one pin can work very differently than another. i would recommend starting off with a smaller budget nd focusing on conversions.

Pinterest Ads are tricky and not as straightforward as Meta and Google Ads. And except the niche is a very promising one, I won't advise you to spend money on Ads just yet. Concentrate on bulding valuable pin collections which can give you even better results than Pinterest Ads. I speak from experience.

my experience is that it is been easier to judge pinterest based on conversion rate rather than clicks. it is possible to get some good traffic through the site but the intentions differ greatly from niche to niche. it might be a good idea to test a partticular audience nd some pins before scaling up.

Worked better for me when targeting search keywords instead of broad interests

the clicks were cheap but direct sales were weak so I'd test it first on products people normally research or safe before buying

Pinterest ads can work well for visual niches and ecommerce. Traffic quality is decent, but users are often in research mode, so test with a small budget first and track conversions before scaling.

Pinterest traffic seemed like a better options for visually oriented products to me personally, where as general targeting may not yield returns on investment.

Pinterest ads right now - hit or miss.

Some niche performs well, some don't even get enough clicks. Allot a little budget and try how it works for your niche.

Pinterest ads are niche dependent, meaning something that works for a niche may not work on another. That being said I believe it would be better to grow and monetize one's account organically.

Pinterest ads can be interesting for visual products and discovery-focused campaigns. I’d test small budgets first and compare traffic quality, conversions, and customer acquisition costs.

Yeah, I think small tests are appropriate. I would track outbound links vs. conversions because Pinterest traffic is good on paper, but not all niches have the same quality.

Yeah, Pinterest ads can work, especially for niches where people are already searching for ideas and products. The targeting is pretty flexible with keywords, interests, demographics, and retargeting, so I’d test small budgets first and judge by actual clicks/conversions rather than impressions.

yeah, they can work pretty well for the right niche, but id test small first since traffic quality can vary alot depending on targeting.

traffic conversion wise is vry slow compared to meta or google but ROAS could be really gud if ur creative looks aesthetic enough for home feed. worth trying for sure with a small budget first.

A few people I know have had decent results with it, especially for visual products.

Targeting is more interest and keyword based than Meta, and the traffic tends to be slower but often higher intent if the pins match what people are looking for. Worth testing small first.

Pinterest ads can be worth testing for visual niches like home decor fashion and DIY where people are already searching for ideas or products I’d start with a small budget, test a few creatives and audience options then judge the results by conversions and cost per lead rather than clicks alone
