What reply rate do you consider ok for cold outreach?

In my view a 2-5% response rate is quite usual for this kind of campaign.
what I would prefer is concentrating on the quality of the response rather than trying to get higher rates. In case there are no responses, what I would prefer is analyzing your mailing list and how you have done that.sometime it is more beneficial to change the tone than to mail another 1000 people.

hello if you send an email to a client and he opened it and did not reply and you again follow ups, he again opened it but not rplying then you must follow up two to three times minimu as he will reply, if he get interested in your work ask about it thne that can be a green signal

The normal is around 2-3%. And yes with the AI rise it's harder to get replies since a lot of people spam ones potential customers and therefore they don't open their emails so much.

It's actually getting harder especially with the AI boom, Personally, I used to consider a 5% reponse as a success rate but with recent drop I have to also reconsider 3% as success. You should also be prepared to do a lot of follow up because AI tools are now used to spam clients emails which can easily displace yours. But follow up will help you get some results
