five days is way too soon to give an opinion on how good an AI page would be. i'd try out some formats and posting schedules for a few weeks first.

Post around 3 to 5 times a week, but post more if you've got good content ready.

what type of content do you upload? shorts or long? i am a shorts/reels uploader. i regularly uploads 3-4 videos. like morning 1, mid of the day 1, and at night 1 or 2 videos everyday. i followed this same system from the first day of my page.
What was important isn’t how often you post but whether ur last post is still generating a reaction i would hold off if it is.
In my opinion, posting about three times a week and focusing primarily on content will yield the best results.

The number of posts depends on your account and your product's target audience; generally, you should publish one or two posts daily so that people do not forget your content—consistent and regular updates are key to success.
