Hi everyone, has anyone else encountered this issue recently? Even though my ad accounts have a daily spending limit set by Meta at $500–$1,000, they are actually only spending about $40–$50 per day. I would really appreciate an explanation for why this is happening. Thanks, everyone!

This is the standard Meta algorithm behavior for new accounts. They restrict your budget until the system gains enough trust and historical data to predict that higher spending will be profitable and compliant with their policies.

Double check your ads to see if there are any violations, bro your spending limit has been lowered it might be because the last payment didn't go through.
Yes, it is worth looking into both sides -violations of ad policies and recent billing issues. The problem with billing could lead to reduced spending limit even if the ads are fine.

Is your account a rented one or your own? If it is rented, contact the seller directly and ask them to switch to a different account or raise the usage limit for you.

Is there any way to remove that restriction?

It can happen when Meta limits delivery due to audience size, optimization or account signals, so the daily limit doesnt mean it will spend that much.

Your account might be restricted in some way. You could try testing with a new ad account and run the same content with the same budget to see if the results are different.

Try using a different fb page. If you currently have a high budget set, try creating a new campaign and lowering it to around $100–$200 first.

Check the scope of your audience. Sometimes when you don't set a good audience reach, your Ad spend is limited that way. If there is no violation and it's a new account, the spend limit will keep increase over time. You should wait a little.

Yeah, it would be better if we test the new page first using a limited budget to figure out where the problem lies.

The reason is that Facebook has updated its hidden limits; your spending limit might appear high, but once you access the billing section, you will see Facebook's hidden limit.

It is vry common for ads to get stuck on budgets now a days this usually implies that ur target audience is too narrow, or facebook is throttling your delivery until you build up some trust.

Meta usually caps newer accounts at around fifty bucks a day until the card has been clearing payments fine for a while. Also make sure you dont have any failed charges sitting in billing, even a small unpaid balance can choke delivery right away

If a campaign isn’t performing as expected, I’d consider testing a different Page and starting with a smaller budget to collect enough data first.

Yeah, I’ve seen this too. Meta sometimes limits spending even when the account has a higher daily limit, usually due to account history, performance, or their internal delivery system. It can increase gradually if the account stays sta

Account quality can vary depending on the platform, account history, and verification status. Which advertising platforms are you referring to, and what factors matter most to you when evaluating account quality?

Have you checked the account's hidden limit?

As far as I know, Meta usually limits the advertising budget of new accounts (around 50 USD/day) as a standard to assess reliability, and this limit will automatically increase over time if you maintain stable payments and comply with the policies.
