Microsoft Advertising Agency Account Rental​

Rent dedicated access to a Microsoft Advertising account under our agency manager account for PPC and search advertising. Access is provided through a dedicated AdsPower profile. This is a rental service: account ownership and the original Microsoft login are not transferred.

Account ownership and identity verification​

Going forward, every account offered through this service is created directly by VantageDepartment under our own Microsoft Advertising agency manager account using our genuine business details. We do not buy accounts, and the accounts are not hacked, stolen, compromised or associated with unrelated people or businesses.


The agency owner is the only individual who creates and controls these accounts. If Microsoft requests identity verification, only the agency owner's own valid government-issued ID is used. No employee, contractor, customer, relative or other third party's identification is used. Buyers are never asked to provide identification documents.


Any account previously created or verified using another person's documents is permanently excluded from this service. Funding is made by bank transfer from the owner's own ING bank account. No third-party card or bank account is used. VantageDepartment directly handles delivery, support, replacements and refunds.

• Spend limits: We do not impose an additional cap, but Microsoft or account-specific limits may apply

Supported use and customer responsibilities​

Only campaigns that comply with Microsoft Advertising policies, BHW rules and applicable law are accepted. The customer must disclose the offer, landing page, target GEOs and expected monthly spend before activation. Prohibited, illegal, misleading or undisclosed campaigns are refused. Account access does not guarantee approval of any advertisement.


Customers must use only the supplied AdsPower profile, must not share access, and must not change account, recovery, security or billing settings without our written approval.

Pricing​

• Optional campaign test with up to $30 in advertising spend for one eligible first-time customer account, subject to campaign approval; no cash value and not transferable or withdrawable
• $300 per account per 30 days
• 9% service fee on actual advertising spend
• Advertising spend and additional accounts are billed separately
• Any applicable payment-processing charge is disclosed before payment

Delivery and replacement policy​

Access is normally delivered within one business day after the campaign is reviewed and accepted. If an account becomes unavailable during an active rental for reasons not caused by the customer, we will provide an eligible replacement within two business days where possible. Unused advertising funds held by us will be transferred or credited where technically possible.


Replacement eligibility does not apply to undisclosed or rejected campaigns, prohibited advertising, unauthorised access sharing, changes made against our instructions, false business or campaign information, or other customer-caused policy violations.

Refund policy​

A refund may be requested within 24 hours after delivery if access does not work as described, the account materially differs from the agreed specifications, or we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe. If we cannot resolve the issue or provide a suitable replacement, the rental fee and unused advertising funds paid to us will be refunded.


After the first 24 hours, if we cannot provide a working replacement within two business days, we will refund the unused portion of the current 30-day rental period pro rata plus any unused advertising funds still held by us. Consumed advertising spend and completed service days are excluded. The replacement exclusions above also apply to refunds.

How to order​

1. Send your offer, landing page, target GEOs and expected monthly spend.
2. We review the campaign and confirm any restrictions and total pricing before payment.
3. If accepted, we provide the dedicated access and the campaign test when eligible.
4. Continue with the 30-day rental if satisfied.
