since august month its was possible to open support case ticket with Facebook and its show in my support inbox
is there any new way how to open meta support ticket

Yes, looks like Meta changed the support process you can try going through Business Manager and then support and Contact Support because the option may vary depending on the account.

I think It is worth checking through Business help center again because some accounts still get support cases in support inbox, but the option may not appear for everyone.

Meta support access seems to vary by account, you can check the help center in business suite and look for Contact Support or get help to see which options are available to you.

Mine was also hard to find, try the business support link and check if chat is showing. It may depend on your account.

You can try meta business support home because the option to open a ticket may depend on your account, does the contact support option still show for you?

Far as I know, Meta's changed some access to support depending oon the acc and available support channels. Not sure if about any new ways to open tickets now. If it ain't in the Support Inbox, maybe checked the Help Centre while logged in on the affected acc. See what contact or support option is there for it. Start with that.
