Danm common guys, why you all jumping ship? They'll put their prices up, and noobs like me who need live chat for DNS help will be toast! lol
Also cloudflare went down more often this year than name cheap! thats got to be worth something no?
Cloudflare has too many settings for me, i have it for domain protection, and that at first was enough hassle with domain internal redirection error or something at the time. that was enough to put me off.
Am i turning into a boomer guys??![]()
It's like I'll start moving my domains to NamecheapI have a domain expiring in a few days, and I went in to renew it, and since I'm doing it I decided to extend all my domains by a few years. All the sites are .com
With a 20% coupon, you pay $14.78 per year. Just 1-2 years ago it was around $10 per domain.
I'm seriously thinking of moving. I see porkbun (not fond of the name) and Cloudflare being recommended. Cloudflare is cool, all my sites are on/behind Cloudflare.
What other LEGITIMATE/ESTABLISHED and affordable options are there? I'm planning on extending all my sites to 2030, so if I do move, I wanna move, pay, and forget.
What do you guys think?

I meant from namecheap to Cloudflare. To namecheap? Or from namecheap? I'd move away, too expensive now.
I meant from namecheap to Cloudflare.
I have domains spread across namecheap and spaceship. Spaceship is owned by Namecheap, so to me it's the same guys.Yeah, though keeep in mind, Spaceship is slightly cheaper.
Also, on Cloudflare, you have to use their DNS or whatever. On Spaceship you don't have to use Cloudflare's DNS stuff.
So, I guess, objectively, Spaceship is somewhat a "better" option.
