I want to use ads power to create, warm up and eventually use facebook accounts for advertising.
What settings should I use?
How to choose the best proxy?
Any tips or recommendations would be extremely appreciated.

Facebook is currently experiencing a period of instability, so no account is truly stable; even those with a strong spending history or those that have undergone a "warming-up" process are no exception.

Match your proxy country and timezone to whatever you set in the browser, otherwise Facebook flags the mismatch fast. For FB specifically, mobile or residential proxies work better than datacenter. Don't overdo the automation early on, just warm up slowly with real browsing. I get mobile proxies from Floppydata and they've been stable for FB

Personally, I would keep the AdsPower fingerprint as natural as possible and use a stable IP for each profile. I care more about clean, stable proxies with the right GEO than cheap ones, because I have seen accounts get reviewed after too many IP changes.

Keep it simple: use one stable setup, matching timezone/language, and don’t keep changing IPs or device details.

For proxies, go for stability first. Don’t rush the accounts straight into heavy ad activity.

My advice is to focus on account stability first rather than creating multiple accounts at once, warming up slowly and keeping activity consistent seems more important than changing too many settings at once. My first priority in proxies would be consistency, use residential proxies as data center proxies get blocked immediately. Finally, instead of using the account right away, spend the first seven to ten days doing normal activities like scrolling and liking so that the account can build trust.

Quality of imo proxy is secondary to un predictable account behavior. Constant changes in devices, location or logins would quickly seem strange, so make sure to maintain consistency in set up.

I am currently using AdsPower in combination with IPv4 proxies, and I find it very stable.

I alternate between using SoC5 US or Singapore.

firstly, you should create one adspower account. then you can try to use sock5 of US and Singapore.
they are stable and work quite well.

I’d keep it simple with legitimate account warming and stable connections, and avoid proxies or setups meant to bypass Facebook restrictions.

Personally, I would use AdsPower in conjunction with clean IPs and perform basic actions on the Facebook account to familiarize myself with the process, while avoiding unusual activities that could lead to the account being locked.

In my opinion, the best proxy is Multilogin, an anti-detect browser with built-in premium Proxy integration. It allows you to create multiple isolated browser profiles, each with a unique fingerprint.
