These Kids Are Amazing!

These kids are amazing. They know how to gargle at such a young age. I am impressed, not only by the fact that they know how to gargle, but also by the fact that their parents understood that gargling is important. This very simple and quick process will most certainly change their lives, and I am very certain about that.

If you are a parent, show your kids or kid how to gargle. They may not know how to do it 100% properly at the beginning, but I can assure you they'll find it funny and that will cause them to want to find a way to learn how to gargle like very experienced individuals

This girl is a very great teacher and you should show that video to your kids if you want to teach them how to gargle. They will prefer to be given instructions as to how to gargle by another kid as that will show them other kids also gargle.

I forgot to mention that you can also offer different alternatives to your kids when it comes to the teaching/learning phase. For example, you can incorporate different drinks they like to show them that gargling is a fun process. At then, progressively, offer them water + salt/bicabornate only

I tried to look for parents on BHW and by searching a little bit, I saw that there were a few parents here.

@hsoulz, I saw you had a baby girl in July. Obviously, it's still too early for her to gargle as she's still a few months, but when she is 5-6 years old, you can show her how to gargle. Gargling should help her as a growing child.

@roydan, I can see you also are a father. I have no idea if that is something you are already implementing, but I just thought I would tag you. Gargling can help a lot.

No, I don't teach. There are a lot of videos to learn on YT. You can also learn from kids. Some of them really know how to gargle properly and the way they explain how one should gargle is better than most adults' explanations.
