Hello. This may seem a bit out left field, but I am artist, animator, and voice actor. I know, big shocker? I'm sure it's pretty rear to see an artist/animator/voice actor in this part of the internet.

The reason I came here is because I am currently having trouble with my new Youtube channel getting any traction of sorts. No matter how hard I try and no matter how good they look, my content never gets a lot of views, be it in long form or in shorts, and I have idea what the problem.

But a part of me wonders if maybe this is my fault. That I am the one who is not doing a good job at getting my videos out there. However, I do NOT want to rely on any black hat methods for the sake of my channel getting screwed over. I had a previous account that got hacked, possibly due to black hat methods, and that channel hasn't fully recovered yet, so i'm not taking that risk again (It's also why I opened up the new channel I'm mentioning right now), especially if I want to get to 5k-10k subs before the year ends.

So here's my channel if you want to take a look at it
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCm9If7172-_s_ASbtes6mkw

My content isn't gonna be everyone's cup of tea, but I still want to improve in order to get my channel viewed by more people. So please, do not be afraid to be critical if you have to. I want to make a name for myself online with whatever white hat (or grey hat) methods there are available.

However, If I do not reach my goals before the year ends, I will sell not only my new channel away but I will also be selling the one that got hacked. That is a promise I will keep.

Your still riding deep inside noob valley. Yu've only got a very small number of videos keep going your stuff is good just share it more places. Keep posting, and i dare you, I double dare you mofo! lol to come back in 2 years, and try and say your not monetized with millions of viral views by then.

Study some of the other youtubers that are animators, i have many animators on my channel list, as im an animator too, im not as good as your fbf stuff in a couple of videos, but a bus flying into big ben with explosions, i could do! lol (post that on r/dankmemes)

Get a list of all these other tubers that make content similar to yours, you should be able to get 60-100 animator channels, then make a note of all their stats on their home page, like videos and view count. Create a spreadsheet, and tally up average view per video.

I made an amazing one for wojaks as im in that niche, and i have 100 cahnnels in my spreadsheet that i monitor and check to see how they are doing and how the industry is performing.

The animations are great, however the main thing we observed is that your videos are only a few seconds of content, that doesn't add much value, what we mean is add somekind of storyline that viewers can connect with, because making random animations of 10 seconds isn't something that typically viewers come back to. Increase the running time to minimum 3-5 mins with a good story line. The thumbnails are good, which you can improve also with time. Main factor is to make the content of more value.

Also keep uploading videos, a channel takes minimum of 3 months of consistent upload to blow up, so just keep going...your doing great.

Hi, I also have a YouTube channel and same thing i was stuck in the mid buy right now erverything is going good just upload content regular no matter about the views and sub. just keep going upload content everyday and one day your video ll be grow..

I’ve checked out your channel. it’s quite interesting. I think you should polish your titles to make them more compelling. Since your Shorts are getting better views, you should focus more on those.

Sometimes the problem isn’t the video, it’s getting the right people to click. I’d test different titles and thumbnails before changing the content itself.

Use comments and community posts to learn what your viewers actually want before making the next batch of videos.

yes, comments are underrated in this context. i find repeated questions and/or suggestions in the commeents and make my videos according to them instead of guessing.

I don’t think you will need to worry about uploading on a daily basis since you have to produce video nd that takes time. All you have to do is produce quality videos, use the shorts to pull in the view nd get people to watch.

Keep focusing on creating and refining your content; don't get too caught up in follower counts or engagement metrics. Time will provide the answer, and success will surely follow.

Animation is so slow to churn out, it breaks all momentum on Youtube if you re just putting out long-form content. Try segmenting ur process into 15-second viral videos or memes to get eyes back to your primary portfolio.

focus on strong thumbnails, clear titles and a solid hook in the first few seconds, then stay consistent and see what actually gets people watching.

one thing i would test is how ur videos become story first instead of being about the art nd animattion. give the viewer a reason y they should watch until the very end. this could be as simple as something like setting up an initial situation, presenting a problem, then resolving it.
